|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop. For any item you wish to buy select the length/size/colour required from the drop down list/lists and/or enter the quantity (default 1). Clicking on 'Buy Now' to add the item to your shopping cart. You can remove an item from your shopping cart at any time, just click on 'View Cart' and folloing the instructions. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments in pounds sterling. Your Credit/Debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
WHEN YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD WE SHALL ADD 2% ADMINISTRATION CHARGE TO YOUR INVOICE.
This administration charge is not shown in either the shopping cart or the checkout for technical reasons.
WHEN YOU PAY BY DEBIT CARD WE DO NOT MAKE ANY ADMINISTRATION CHARGE.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to be posted.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. |Shipping And Handling|
We shall add the cost of shipping to your invoice. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping can not be calculated automatically online because of the very large number of different lengths of fabric you can order.
Customers Outside The UK Mainland
We deliver your order as soon as possible. We normally send your order to you within 3 business days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be phoned or emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In many cases our customers require everything on the order. Therfore, we do not ship an order to you unless we can supply everything on the order. If you instruct us otherwise then we will ship part orders as per your instructions.
For all retail customers in the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT will be added to online orders.
For VAT registered businesses in the European Union, excluding the UK, no VAT will be added to online orders if a valid VAT Registration Number is supplied and can be verified.
For all orders from countries outside the European Union no VAT will be added to online orders.
